I am subleasing my AWESOME bedroom and private office in a large 2K sqft 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in PRIME location in midtown Nashville. You will have a 2 of the 3 bedrooms and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is small that I use as an office and extra closet space. The bedroom is large with an attached 2nd floor balcony facing downtown Nashville.

The house is in perfect location in midtown and a 3 minute walk to all of midtown restaurants/bars and 5 minute walk to the Gulch. The 1st floor living room/kitchen/dining room is all recently remodeled with hardwood floors and finishes. The 1st floor also has a large screened in back porch and fenced in backyard, perfect for dogs (roommate doesnt have one)! The roommate is a mid 20s male who is clean and awesome guy who works locally in Nashville.

Rent is $1,700 + utilities + cable/wifi and a 1 month deposit due at sign in. I am flexible for move in from now to June 1st. The lease will end 12/6/2021 and will have the option to renew.

I am moving away from Nashville and will be sad to leave this awesome house. The house is one of a kind with its spacious indoor/outdoor living in an absolute perfect location for a reasonable price that is lower than most all midtown/downtown apartments with 3x the space.
