One month security deposit plus last week references UTILITIES including Fios internet and Central Air Electric, heat radiator, water and a lovely cleaning person once a month for communal areas are $ 90 month Upon vacating there is a one time cleaning fee of $100 Renters insurance is required and inexpensive
