Price: $1100 furnished, all utilities included and wifi - somewhat flexible with price

Location: Harbord Village, 10 minutes away from UofT campus, Metro, Shoppers & Kensington Market

Lease term: May 1st - mid/late August

Tenant responsibilities: Tenant must agree to current guest and COVID-19 policies set by current roommates

Additional information: You would share the apartment with 3 lovely ladies, all students, two of which going into their 4th year at UofT and the other finishing up her program at TFS. The house has a large balcony and shared front & back yard. Street parking is available.
