Long term rental in Spain, living in a beautiful village finca on the edge of the small village of Adsubia, between Alicante and Valencia.
Our house has 5 cozy, individually furnished rooms with private bathrooms, 3 of them with a balcony. The salon with satellite TV and the large roof terrace are shared.
In addition to the village life and nature, Adsubia itself also offers a lot of leisure activities such as a quiet, public outdoor pool right next to our house, two restaurants with traditional cuisine, a bar and numerous sports facilities - especially hiking.
If you leave Adsubia by car, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca; Dnia can be reached in 20 minutes. If you fancy the hustle and bustle, you can reach Valencia or Alicante in just under an hour. The breathtaking mountain landscape that begins in Adsubia offers, among other things, small mountain villages, caves and grottos, crystal-clear swimming lakes, small waterfalls, healing springs, climbing rocks and much more. It is a true paradise for hikers, riders, cyclists and all nature-loving people who simply want to explore the area a little or relax.
Many residents of this area speak German, English, French and Dutch.
