The room comes with window A/C, closet and unlimited high speed internet (Both WiFi and Ethernet cable available) and one parking spot. All utilities are included. The townhouse has a washer, dryer, stove w/ hood fan, fridge & dishwasher. There is one bathroom w/ shower & tub and one powder room in the basement.

There is a Loblaws, a Metro and a FreshCo nearby for groceries, all within a 6~10 minute drive. (Its about a 20 minute walk to the Loblaws or FreshCo, 37 minutes for Metro according to google maps.)

It is also just a short walk away from bus stops for the 57 and bit farther for the 88.

I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible and respectful toward others. Must also be a non-smoker and I do not want pets in the house, please. First and last months rent will be required. Tenant insurance will be required as well.

**Please be fully vaccinated.** Townhouse will be shared with someone in his 50s, and he insists on that.
