I am moving and want to try to find someone to take over my apartment! Its a beautiful one bedroom carriage home style with a priceless view of the mountains. Great neighborhood to live in along with great staff working in this neighborhood. I will be telling the office I am going to be vacate by the end of next month but flexible on when I need to move out depending on when you need to move in. You will end up having to apply through the neighborhood once I turn in my notice but I can work with you on getting everything done prior to them posting my home so there is no chance in it getting rented under you. I am also open for tours for serious renters to actually come look at the exact unit they would be renting!
