Were heading to the US for 3 months, with plans to be in Chicago between October and January and would like to sublet our beautiful place in Fitzroy North.
Its pretty rare find, spacious 3 bedroom + office, two bathrooms, loft space the is also office equipped, two story windows, rear courtyard with BBQ, and secure covered car park in a private, gated complex with nice neighbours. Just footsteps from the tramline and plenty of shops and cafes are within walking distance (hopefully theyre open by October!)
Since its a 3-4 month short-term arrangement, were willing to be flexible with the rent. Its also ideal for a family, as we have beds/toys for a four-year-old and 20 month old.
