Hey everyone - I am looking to sublet my apartment in Island Park to someone (preferably a male). I recently was offered a new job in a different state and need to move out asap. It is a two bedroom/1 bathroom apartment (washer and dryer included) and my roommate is a 27 year old (male) sales professional. Very clean and easy going person. The rent is $1250/month (per tenant) and that includes all utilities. The apartment is clean, plenty of space and close to several restaurants/bars and 5 minutes from the beach! (Currently, still have 9 months on the lease). Please let me know if you or anyone you know may be interested!
