Im looking for a working professional or couple to rent my apartment on a month to month sub-lease. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen, home office and in-suite laundry.

All utilities included: Gas, AC, Heat, Electricity and Internet.

Rooms youll have access to: Master Bedroom (with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom), Office, Open concept Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room, Second Bathroom (with a deep soaker tub), Balcony (basically a second living room) and a walk-in entryway closet (for jackets & shoes).

There is a brand new Peloton Bike that you are free to use with your own membership and shoes. There is also a fully equipped gym in the building that includes free weights, squat rack and treadmill.

The apartment is south facing, located on the second floor in an entirely concrete building (its super quiet and I rarely hear my neighbors). The building is walking distance to Granville Island, 4th street shopping, Burrard Bridge to get downtown, Kits beach, and Prado cafe.

There are two bike rooms to lock up your bikes. There is also meter parking out front or free parking around the corner on the cross streets. There is the possibility to secure an underground parking spot depending on your dates and size of your vehicle.

Youll have access to an amazing community rooftop that boasts 360 degree views to watch the sunset, mountains and skyline. Plus if you like to BBQ you can access the community grill up on the roof.
