All utility bills include: high speed internet, electricity, heating., water. Wonderfully quiet location with access to 3 woodlands in as short as 5 min walks. Ecclesall woods being only 10 min walk away, it gives great opportunity for long walks or runs. 10 min drive to Peak District from 2 different direction.

I have been here for 5 years. It is a safe, private and quiet area with tons of walks, good bus links and close by shops. The place is a two floor flat above a pizza shop. No smells issues. The owner of shop is the landlord.
2 rooms and one large kitchen/dinning area. Entrance hall has space for a bike or I can leave mine for you. Study room and dinning/kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor, the bedroom is on second.
A day bed which opens up as double.
There are bed sheets, towels for you to use.
Walk in wardrobe.

10 min max drive to country side, Peak District. 10 min drive to city centre. Good bus connections to city centre. Corner shop open 7am till 9pm. Lots of woodland walks. 10 mins walk to Gravespark, woodseat shops. 5 mins to Meadowhead retail centre.
