This apartment in the heart of Centretown is a 4th floor walk up in a very modern building with new amenities. There is no elevator but you can access the unit directly from the front and back. The space is the largest of all 4 units with high ceilings and a private staircase to the top level. Its secure with a buzzer on the outside for guests or deliveries, and theres lots of cozy furniture like the day bed in the corner of our open living room area (a house favourite for naps and boring Zoom calls).

Its the perfect space for a couple thats working remote (like us), a small family thinking about moving to Ottawa, or a group of students/friends that want to try moving in together. All we ask is that you take care of the home and treat our furniture with respect, as if it were your own.

- 1 Living Room Area (2 couches, 65 smart TV, and stationary bike)
- 1 Eating Nook (fits up to 4)

There are windows in each room, and all around the house for constant natural light. You can also use the new blinds if you opt for some privacy. This apartment is also high enough that you can watch the sun set over the old houses across the street.

As far as location goes, this area of Centretown is the best that Ottawa has to offer. Its safe, affords you with privacy, and youre only a couple blocks away from Bank St where there is plenty of shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Walk a little further for attractions like Parliament, Lansdowne, Elgin St, or Little Italy.

About Us - We are a couple in our late 20s and we both work full-time jobs from home (you can see our offices in the picture). While we love this apartment, weve decided jump on the opportunity and live in NYC for 5-6 months. That is why we are searching for people to sublet, and enjoy this beautiful space while we are away.

We both like reading, movies, going on long walks around the city, and playing board games. When we arent stuck in one place, we also love to travel as a way to experience new places, cultures and foods.
