- Indoor Sauna
- 5 acre property
- Open field on property surrounded by forest
- Remote and beautiful, though close access to Shelburne, Orangeville and Mono Cliff walking trails
- Clean lake, can do cold biohacks ;)

Other things to note:
- Internet and hydro not included in price. We have a turbo hub (pay per gig). Feel free use this or get your own separate internet provider.
- House is older and rustic

Requirements:
- Must come for in-person viewing (initial viewing can be video tour)
