Your 5th-floor balcony overlooks a lively grassy area and a beautiful beach where people have BBQ parties/picnics, sports, and fun hangouts. The location is nearby numerous beaches, parks, popular restaurants / pubs, shops, and the longest outdoor pool in Canada. Transit and grocery shopping is a short walking distance away.

There is a comfortable queen-size bed in the bedroom, which includes dresser drawers available for clothing in addition to ample closet space. A couch (not pictured) is in the living room along with a sofa chair, coffee table plus a 56 inch LCD TV. The dining room table next to the kitchen seats 4 and can seat up to 6. There is also a workstation next to the window with a large 24-inch LCD monitor, desk and standup desk.
We are looking to rent out the unit for a minimum of six months ($2600/month), or one year ($2400/month). 3 months is also available at $2800/month.
