1unfurnished bedroom and private luxury bath for rent out of our 3 bed 2 bath home. Available starting January 1st. The room and bathroom for rent are on a separate floor. The bedroom is located across the hall from the bathroom. The room is a 10.5x13. One full wall of built-in closets. Also included: laundry room, off-street parking, heat, central air, water, electricity, garbage, lawn care, snow removal, high-speed internet, and cable. The main living area is an open concept with kitchen, living, and dining area. The basement has another large living room that is set up for entertainment if you like gaming or watching TV. There is a porch off the side of the house and a patio out back with a fire pit. The house is located .5 miles from downtown Anoka, and 1 mile from Riverdale shopping area. Close access to hwy. 10 and 169.
About the roommates: We are middle aged that are very career focused. We do not party or entertain regularly. We have one cat and for this reason cannot accept other pets. No matter how nice or great your pet our cat refuses to accept other pets. We enjoy mellow and drama free living.
We are looking for a short OR long-term renter that is also career focused. We are also open to business travelers that are on longer assignments. Someone that is in transition and waiting to get their own place would also be a great fit. That said we are open to discussing your timeline and will accommodate if we can. We are also open to a short-term lease as a trial and if you feel comfortable here and extending the lease if you wish. We do not want to do an open-ended month to month lease.
$900 a month, and $900 deposit. Must make at least $2700 a month to qualify, be willing to submit to a background and credit check through our 3rd party screening app. Room is for 1 responsible, no couples.
