My three roommates and I are looking for someone to move into an upper floor room of our house on or after January 1, 2022 (you could actually move in by Dec 30). We are a 10 min walk from Whyte Ave, South Campus LRT station, and McKernan/Belgravia LRT station. We have a comfortable living room, a beautiful porch veranda, a backyard, productive fruit trees (cherry, plum, and apple) and raspberries, a washer and dryer, as well as a garage for storage. The house has 2 kitchens and 2.5 bathrooms. The room is about 175 square feet plus a closet, with 2 west facing windows, next to a half bathroom and me. We are LGBTQ2S+ and 420 friendly, and we appreciate open minded and kind people. The room is 500$/month, the security deposit is also $500, and we split the utilities at the end of each month, it usually comes out around $75 each.
