I was planning on staying in this rental with my roommates from January-May for school. Unfortunately, my classes got moved online from Jan.2-Jan.31. The U of T is hoping to put my classes back in February, but the situation is still developing. Im hoping to return on January 31st, but if my classes stay online for the remainder of the semester or a significant portion of the semester, Id be happy to sublet for another month. it goes without saying that communication will be key here, and if you want to sublet we need to stay in touch.
