This private suite is completely furnished for travelers. It has its own outside entry and sun deck, its own HAC unit, kitchenette, bathroom, washerdryer combo, 42 tv, queen bed, and off-street parking just a few steps from the entry. It includes all kitchenware, linens, pillows and blankets, towels, etc. All bills paid, including WiFi Deposit for a 1- 3 month lease is 200Deposit for 1 year lease is 600This lovely suite is in a quiet and secluded neighborhood but close to both Texarkana hospitals (Christus St.Michael 5 minutes, and Wadley 10 minutes) and the newest shopping, restaraunt, and entertainment areas. The kitchenette has an induction cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, Keurig, InstantPot, toaster, Belgian waffle maker, popcorn air popper,and all dishes, potspans, utensils, etc. The bathroom has a large vanity area and separate room for toilet and showertub. This suite is part of the 5 bd4bath home where we raised our family but is now totally devoted to travelers. The atmosphere is very quiet as our guests are medicalprofessional staff in town on a temporary basis. 3 of the bedrooms are private suites with private entry, kitchenette, bathroom, HAir and washerdryers. They are totally private with no access to the rest of the house and visa-versa. The 4th space is the remainder of the house, 1500sf 2bd1bath with large living, dining and kitchen. The home is on a quiet, dead end street, most of the neighbors are retired. Our daughters are nurses, one is an NP here in Texarkana, the other is an RN in Austin. We decided to add a kitchen and wd to make this unused room available when they told us about the need for safe rooming for traveling nurses. Traveling Nurses and Medical staff: 5-10 minute drive to hospitals-our location has super quick and easy access to Christus St Michael Hospital
