$733 room for rent in Raynes Park London

Hi there! So, were subletting a delightful bedroom in our house in Raynes Park (South West London) between the 27th of February and 29th of April. The rent is 560 per month including bills.

The room is a small double and contains a double bed, desk and chest of drawers. Its cute, cosy and quiet and looks out onto the garden (yes, there is a garden!).

The house also has a massive kitchen with plenty of storage space and a large living/dining room, that is well equipped with incredibly comfy sofas. The is a toilet and separate bathroom with a bath.
You would be sharing with me and my three LOVELY housemates (all actors). Were a very chilled house and love a game night and a communal Sunday roast.

The house is super well connected, you would be a 20-minute walk/5 minute bus away from Morden station (northern line), a 30 minute walk/10 minute bus away from Wimbledon station (trains and district line), an 8 minute walk away from Wimbledon Chase train station, and a 20 minute walk/5 minute bus away from Raynes Park Train station.

The area is great- theres a Lidl 20 minutes away, a nearby gym with a pool, and there is a huge park opposite.
