I have just accepted a summer internship offer with an NGO based in rural India; as a result, I will not be able to stay in this room for the remainder of my agreed-upon lease (mid-August). Otherwise, I certainly would, as this unit is conveniently located - easy commute to both major universities (BrightonU and SussexU) - along with some quality amenities. My room, in particular, has a sink (with a lower cabinet for toiletries and whatnot) inside. It is also the only room in the house with direct access to the backyard. This could be your room.
