$2250 2 bedroom in Amador County Sacramento - Stockton

This cute walk out basement apartment in a 1906 Folk Victorian charmer has now been reimagined into a great space for family or friends to get away and enjoy all that the quaint town of Jackson has to offer. Walking distance to all the amazing restaurants, antique stores, and amazing shops that make this the perfect location to get away. Surrounded by wineries, hiking trails, and soaked in history, this house sits at the base of the Sierra Nevada in Amador County, but down the road from Calaveras County and all the events there as well. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a KITCHENETTE (no oven or stove), dining area and a fantastic patio with a washer and dryer on site. Upstairs is an sublet, so there is not always someone in the main part of the house, but you will likely hear people (especially if they are in the kitchen or bathroom). The primary bedroom includes a queen size bed with a dresser, armoire, desk and TV. The other bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with a trundle. The bathroom is a shower over bath, and is quite large. The kitchen includes a smaller fridge, sink, air fryer, microwave, coffee maker and an island for additional space. There is central heat and air (none in the smaller bedroom), but being in the basement, the weather is always much more mild. There is an electric fireplace and so many little things that make it a homey space.
