Hello, me and my 2 roommates are subletting our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upper suite for the summer from May 1-August 31. Location is perfect, right behind Mount Douglas Secondary at 4012 Loyola street. 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to UVic. Suite will be unfurnished. It has laundry in the house that is shared with the tenants downstairs (laundry room is accessed outside the house so the other tenants dont enter your suite and vice versa), laundry can only be used on Wednesday and Saturdays in order to share with the downstairs tenant. Also has a full kitchen, large living room and dining room. There is also parking for 1 car. Rent is 3150/month excluding utilities. Please message me for more information or pictures.
