I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a 5 bed, 2 bath house. The bedroom includes a dresser and bed. It opens up to a beautiful balcony with a view into Vancouver. The house is fully furnished, the kitchen is stocked with appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machines). There is also a washer and dryer in-suite. The house is pet-free.
It is located in Point Grey, close to the Kitsilano Area. Its about a 10 minute bus/15 minute bike ride to the UBC campus. There is free parking all along the street in front of the house.

It is available May 1st - July 31, however it is flexible into August if needed.
Rent is $950 with utilities and wifi included.
There are 2 other bedrooms in the apartment available as well if you would like to sublet as a group. The additional two rooms are being rented by 2 current people UBC students.
