I am a female graduating from Kennesaw State in May, so I am looking to sublet my space at UClub on Frey in Kennesaw in the coming weeks. This is an all-female apartment. The space includes a room with a private bathroom, a large closet and the furniture provided includes a desk, a nightstand, a bed frame with a mattress, and two two-drawer, stackable dressers. The earliest date for move-in for the space would be around April 22. The lease ends in July, so those wishing to stay for the next school year will have to renew the lease with the leasing office at UClub on Frey (renewals are still available for the 2022-2023 school year). Additional payment for utilities is unnecessary, as this cost is included in rent. Amenities include two pools, a study center, and a large gym. Also, the apartments are a 20-minute walk to campus, and the Big Owl Bus stops at the apartments several times an hour every weekday to transport students to campus.
